- Advantages: Teachers are skilled in ICT which is helpful for students to clarify their doubts related to operating of the system. Students get colorful concepts knowledge in the form of videos and many more. The class becomes interactive and the feature of recording is helpful for the teachers to later go and check of how the class went. Its creates interest and many innovative techniques are attractive to the students. The whiteboard format of teaching is quite helpful to teach the sums and all. The recorded video can be seen later if any confusion occurs. It saves time and energy. Easily all information are available
- Disadvantages: In India there are many remote places where internet connection is poor so the student of those place are not getting the privilege of online education during this pandemic. Due to limited or poor connection of network even in 35 minutes of lecture teachers are not able to complete even a single problem of math. Every house needs a smart phone to access which is not a cup of tea to every family. Students tend to commute the video and audio and can do something else behind at home which the teachers could not be aware of. All students may not be so confident in using online mode
Every coin has two sides, so with the changes made by Indian education system.Basically it's boon for some people and bane for others.
Boon :- • For students who are bored with the traditional teaching get a new technology method to learn new their same subject but with more interactive and in a better way. • Students can learn their subjects in synchronous and in asynchronous way both goes hand-in-hand which is again a benefit for the learners where they get a space for relaxation. • Teachers who are very well versed with the technologies can deliver their lectures in a very interactive manner as they can showcase their talents in preparing a astonish lesson plan which will not divert or distract students mind. • It's more beneficial for students as they save travelling time which can be utilise in studying. • Students don't have that much heavy load of syllabus now because the portion had been demoted from their syllabus.
Bane:- • It's difficult for a teacher who is not so good in ICT skills to use technology. •Students who come from poor background is difficult for them to afford any electronic gadgets like mobile phones, computer or a laptop. • Students can't solve their difficulty or any queries related to content in asynchronous mode. •Students can't be that much interactive as one to one interaction would not be taking place.

Aspects that were once considered fundamental to education may be revised to largely accommodate life skills of the future. Not just careers, but residents of the future as well will require skills like , adaptability, collaboration, communication,creativity and emotional intelligence. Learning in schools will have a new purpose, and it will be a major deviation from the information-focused education system.Communication is a major key to our interconnected existence and technology.it is benefit for the students.there are positive and negative side of Education system but the students are very helpful for study. 1)The severe impact of Covid-19 has shaken the entire world to its core. Most of the governments around the world have temporarily closed educational institutions in an attempt to contain the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) These nationwide closure are impacting over 91% of the world's student population. Several other countries have implemented localised closure impacting millions of additional learners. 3) A complete revolution in the way student today has been brought about by technolog. Each student gets in contact with a world-class education which is not easy to impact by the traditional white chalk and blackboard method of teaching. 4) This new learning is more interesting and enjoyable. A massive open online course (MOOC) is an online course aimed at unlimited participation and open access by the web. 5) Online distant learning programs give a great opportunity to avail high quality learning with the help of internet connectivity. 6) It is cost- effective and students get to learn in the confines of their comfort zone. 7) Globally online education has met with some success. In the case of India, still have long way to go before digital learning as mainstream education, because students living in urban area have the facilities to opt for digital education. 8) However, rural area students do not have the required infrastructure nor financially strong to avail the resources required for digital education.
Due to covid-19 pendamic situation,our education system changed drastically. For that, online Teaching- learning have taken placed on digital platform in many institution.but at the same time it resulted to closed many schools/colleges.and teaching has migrated to digital platforms. E-learning poses a challenges to both teacher and student over technology and access. online learning may not have the same level of involvement as in the classroom.but not to forgot positive side of online learning, teachers take many efforts for conducting successful class. teachers plan so many activities, assignment, task etc. ,To keep student busy for learning. For E-learning ,many foreign universities give opportunity to all students,all over the world to learn online.also through zoom meet,student get opportunity to interact study expert or professor for better online learning. Also many websites make easy available online study material or study resource(audio,video,pdf,lesson plan) for all student and educator. Online teaching also have limitations, not all students are learn effectively through online.also it required good knowledge of ICT skills for both teacher as well as for students.and most importantly not all family afford smart gadgets, laptop,tablet computer for their child.
